In the large HS hallway, there are four skylights and eight borrowed light windows that will be installed. In preparation for this install, the lockers had to be moved and existing above-ceiling MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) systems had to be relocated.
This past week has entailed classroom demolition in the elementary. The old Art and 4-year-old kindergarten classrooms have been cleaned out completely, making way for the new 4K classrooms (picture 4). The new Art room is also starting to take form, as existing walls have been removed to open up this space (picture 5).
