With the underground plumbing installation complete, the middle school was able to get the necessary slab-on-grade infills and concrete footings poured. This allowed the masons to start laying block and forming new walls for the bathroom entryways.
Throughout the middle school hallways, there is a lot of wall demolition that needs to happen. In this photo, you can see the shoring that was needed to support the load bearing walls that are getting removed.
A new pipe liner was installed in the middle/high school parking lot for the Southeast culvert that leads to the retention pond. The liner was pushed through the culvert with water, much like a sock getting pulled inside-out. This liner then gets heat treated and will harden to the culvert, creating the new pipe liner. The second culvert will also be getting the cured-in-place pipe liner.
