The Dodgeland School District has many reasons to be proud.  We are working hard to provide the best education possible for the children we serve.

Nearly 20 years ago, the citizens of our District generously provided the resources for us to build our prekindergarten through 12th grade facility.  Thank you!  While our facility has served us very well, a recent facilities study identified areas of improvement and upgrades.  Additionally, the staff and some community members provided ideas through recent listening sessions.

We want everyone’s input on a plan to provide a high-quality learning environment for today’s learners and for the next generation.  To that end, a Community Survey will be mailed to every resident’s home in late October.  We encourage you to complete the survey!  If more than one adult resides in the home, additional copies of the survey may be obtained by calling (920) 386-4404, extension 1014.

Thank you for your time and willingness to share feedback via the Community Survey.  Together, “We Are Dodgeland”!

Community Survey Coming Soon!

The District and School Board need our community’s input on long-range facilities planning. All district households will receive a survey in the mail beginning the third week of October.

Why a Survey?

In 2001, residents generously approved a plan that consolidated all of our students onto one campus, which helped us save money and enhance educational opportunities.  Now, our school campus is nearly 20 years old!  A recent independent, comprehensive facilities study has identified potential areas of improvements and upgrades, including:

-Safety and security
-Building systems and infrastructure
-Teaching and learning spaces

Community input about the current needs of our district facility is critical to the district’s long-term planning. District Administration and the School Board are committed to finalizing a plan that reflects the priorities of our taxpayers. Therefore, we need your input on how best to approach these projects.

To collect this feedback, we are working with School Perceptions LLC, an independent firm with expertise in conducting community surveys. All survey data is returned to School Perceptions to ensure response are anonymous.

Facility Information Meetings – Public Invited

Wednesday, September 25, 2019 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. in the Dodgeland Instructional Media Center,

  • Monday, September 30, 2019 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the Reeseville Community Center

  • The Dodgeland School District invites you to participate in an upcoming Facilities Information Meeting. The purpose of the meeting is to gather valuable community input about the current needs of our district facility.

This summer, the district completed a comprehensive facilities assessment. The facilities assessment evaluated building systems, the building site, and capital maintenance needs. The District and school board now have a better understanding of the current state of our buildings and educational needs. Community-wide input is the next component of the facility planning process.

Some of the goals for these two public meetings include:

  • To encourage transparent and open communication

  • To engage community members, staff, students and parents through information sharing and conversations

  • To share information about the upcoming steps in the facilities planning process
